When a person is happy some neurotransmitters are released by the body which are termed as endorphin and they assist to slow down the rate of the heart, reduces the pressure of blood and this helps to thwart anxiety and it is recommended that one should listen to some music, or just try to do something that will bring out a feeling of happiness or joy and one may even just go to a park and watch birds chirping and playing about.

Many individuals know just how to deal with stress and anxiety in their own methods but if it is affecting the life of a person then it will also affect the work at wherever one works, and it may also affect the family relationship and stop an individual from doing what can augment the health of the body and the mind because of being stressed.

Meditation is very god for people who have stress and anxiety and to get that calm felling one needs to breath in slowly while sitting up and the eyes being closed and the breathing should be though the nose and exhaled through the mouth and this makes the body to feel very relaxed and calm since breathing deep will counter the stress effects and slow down the rate of the heart and this will lower the pressure of the blood.

It is possible to beat the feelings of anxiety by trying to be calm and confident in everything one does and sleeping for about eight hours a night makes the mind and the body to fell more relaxed, calm and tress-free.
